Egypt's government is expecting a bumper wheat crop this season that could save the nation billions of dollars in imports. However, the wheat trader in Egypt say that Government is daydreaming as an enhancement in the production of home-grown wheat is not possible till farmers are not given water for irrigation, fuel for machines, fertilizers, and quality seeds?

“Government is just making hoax claims. The agriculture ministry has never paid heed to our woes. We have been struggling due to fuel shortage from last many years.
